His background spans refinery operations and engineering, commercial leadership, value chain optimization, and project delivery across complex, large‑scale environments.
Andrew has a strong track record of driving measurable improvements in safety, reliability, and energy performance, alongside delivering margin improvement and cost efficiency. Andrew has also led large and complex project portfolios, spanning both commercial initiatives and major capital investment programs.
Prior to joining Trindent, Andrew held senior leadership roles where he delivered and captured in excess of USD 100 million per year in margin improvement at a large integrated refining complex. He led multi‑country commercial strategies across Europe to unlock over USD 15 million of value through value chain optimization, and led teams recognized with the ENERGY STAR® Award for excellence in refinery energy performance.
