Gerry is a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader with 29 years’ experience across in-house TA, RPO, Managed Services & Agency Recruitment.
His career has seen him build and manage Recruiting Operations & teams across EMEA. He has worked in Technology, Engineering, Energy, BPO, Finance, Accounting & Foreign Direct Investment sectors delivering both highly skilled and high-volume recruitment solutions.
Gerry’s passion for Recruiting focuses on aligning people, process & technology to build successful Recruiting teams that deliver excellent Candidate Experience (CX). His deep technical knowledge sees him leverage ATS, talent marketing, technical assessments, scheduling & analytics to allow Recruiters focus on candidate relationships & boost productivity.
Outside work Gerry enjoys whitewater kayaking, gardening, and spending time with his family.
