Todd is a seasoned energy industry professional with over 32 years of experience spanning oil refining and nuclear power.
His deep technical knowledge covers all major refinery unit operations, utilities, and energy management systems, making him a trusted leader in driving operational and profit improvement.
Before joining Trindent, Todd served as General Manager of a European refinery, where he led strategic initiatives in technical management, business development, M&A, and business planning. He successfully integrated work processes and optimized supply chains across two refineries post-acquisition, and sponsored the site’s ISO 50001 Energy Management certification.
Todd’s collaborative approach and passion for continuous improvement have enabled him to identify and deliver high-impact opportunities across the energy sector, consistently aligning technical solutions with business value.
