SUSTAINABILITY

Our engagements differ because we offer a return on investment that is several times greater than the investment in our services.  In order to ensure that we follow through on our promise to you, Trindent returns every six months for two years following the engagement.  We do this to ensure that the process, tools and management behaviors have sustained in your organization.  We will conduct a formal audit to ensure that the financial improvement has consistently appeared on your income statements.  We also take time on the audits to train new members of your management team on our non-proprietary methodology, to ensure that turnover has not eroded the gains promised in the engagement.  Trindent will also take the following additional steps to ensure that our engagements are sustainable:

  • As part of our program, you agree to appoint a ‘sustainability partner’ to work as part of the engagement team.  We do this to provide you with a team member that has been fully immersed in our methodology once we leave.  The sustainability partner also helps accelerate the engagement team’s progress by liaising and focusing the team on the most crucial business problems in your organization.
  • Our consultants are compensated based on the actual sustained financial improvement that you experience following your project with us.  This ensures that everyone is aligned with the objectives of delivering sustained, tangible value.
  • All of our tools, process changes, and behavioral modifications are documented at the end of the engagement, and your front-line management team is trained and transitioned fully on each aspect of the engagement.
  • We don’t leave the engagement until the financial improvement is realized.  This means that if for reasons within Trindent’s control, we did not deliver on our financial promise to you; we will remain on site at our own expense to deliver the changes as agreed.
  • We provide several workshop-based training sessions during the engagement with each member of your management team.  Because managers and supervisors are rarely exposed to formal training on being a more effective leader & manager, we will tailor a set of modular classroom sessions to address the performance gaps in your supervisory team.
  • Our consultants are expert coaches, and work exclusively with managers and supervisors to engineer change.  They are empathetic, modest, and are able to precipitate change from within, rather than imposing it.
