Traditional implementation or 'results-based' consultancies have tremendous expertise in operations and manufacturing settings, but have rather ill-defined approaches when it comes to sales and marketing. Often, these firms try and shoehorn an incompatible methodology into the sales and marketing functions, and meet with little success.

On the other hand, the large brand-name strategy firms have very good marketing & sales practices, however they lack the technique and aptitude to actually implement, and won't tie the engagement's incremental revenue and margin to your financial statements.  Trindent evolved to bridge these gaps.
