Trindent Management Consulting was created to fill a niche in the implementation-based consulting field.  Clients use us when they believe their organization has the potential for exceptional results, but feel there may be process, management tool or behavior-related performance barriers in place impeding success.

Traditional implementation or 'results-based' consultancies have tremendous expertise in operations and manufacturing settings, but have rather ill-defined approaches when it comes to other functions like supply chain, working capital, sales and marketing and other less defined areas. Often, these firms try and shoehorn an incompatible methodology into an unfamiliar function, and meet with little success.

On the other hand, the large brand-name strategy firms have very good marketing & sales, and expert practices, however they lack the technique and aptitude to actually implement, and won't tie the engagement's incremental revenue and margin to your financial statements.  Trindent evolved to bridge these gaps.
