INITIAL CONSULTATION

The initial consultation is intended to learn more about your business, and the types of challenges you are facing.  One of our business development executives will have a candid discussion with you to see if our approach is a natural fit for your organization.  We can then provide information on the merits of a two-week assessment at your company.

TWO WEEK OPPORTUNITY ASSESSMENT

The opportunity assessment is a two-week period of time where we will bring a team of consultants on-site to understand your business better.  With little interruption to your ongoing business activities, we will observe the processes and behaviors of your floor-level employees, as well as gain an understanding of the management habits that are in place.

IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM

Most improvement programs last 15-30 calendar weeks and address your organization's business improvement objectives in a holistic sense.  We go into great detail understanding the key issues and developing a rigorous fact base from which to develop opportunities for improvement.  Then we will work with your staff one-on-one to ensure that the process, tools and behavioral enhancements become firmly rooted in your organization.

ON-SITE AUDITS FOR SUSTAINABILITY

Following the improvement program, we are available to return on a periodic basis for up to two years to ensure that the financial objectives of the project were achieved and that all changes remain in place.  These highly focused one-week audits provide tremendous value for our clients.
