The Trindent career path differs considerably from most other consultancies, in that we don't have pre-conceived time fences laid-out for advancement. Working in a boutique consultancy has its advantages because your efforts can be noticed and rewarded immediately.

Our working environment is decidedly collegial, and you will be surrounded by some of the most qualified minds in the profession. This offers a great environment to learn new skills, and view client challenges through a new lens.

Because we recruit only those with an abundance of functional expertise and problem solving skills, we can train and develop 'second order' analytic skills that goes beyond the basics of tactical and technical consulting.

After six months with the firm, you will also have the opportunity to work from other Trindent offices to gain exposure to other cultures and clients.

Performance reviews are conducted quarterly at Trindent, and our remuneration packages are competitive with most top-tier, international consulting firms.

SPECIALIST OR GENERALIST?

Trindent is a work environment for specialists. We develop your expertise along industry-specific and function-specific lines. It is because of this that we're able to offer our clients such an attractive return on investment. Because of our depth of experience, we can get to the root of the problem without lost time.

That being said, we do not offer 'canned' solutions that draw upon experiential or anecdotal evidence. You will also be equipped with the analytical tools to develop a robust fact base in almost any engagement scenario.
