INITIAL CONSULTATION

First we learn more about your business, and the types of challenges you are facing. A Trindent business development executive will have a candid discussion with you to see if our approach is a fit for your organization. We can then provide information on the merits of a two-week assessment at your company.

OPPORTUNITY ASSESSMENT

Over a period of two-weeks we will bring a team of consultants on-site to better understand your business. With little interruption to your ongoing business activities, we will observe the processes and behaviors of your floor-level employees, as well as gain an understanding of management habits.

IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM

This stage typically takes 15-30 calendar weeks and addresses your organization's business improvement objectives in a holistic sense.
