Trindent Consulting Announces New VP, Human Resources, David Smith

Trindent Consulting is pleased to announce its recent hire, David Smith, as the Vice President of Human Resources. “Our people are Trindent’s biggest asset. In order to continue to grow globally and deliver outstanding client results, it was essential to bring David on board. He has a proven track-record of establishing effective national and international structures and managing talent across the globe,” comments Adrian Travis, Principal and Founder of Trindent Consulting.

In his new role, David will be providing leadership in developing and implementing Trindent’s human resources and organizational strategies, policies, practices, and programs to enable the firm to realize its vision and achieve its strategic and operational business goals and objectives.

Prior to joining Trindent, David held the position of Executive Vice President, Human Resources at Ivanhoe Cambridge Inc., one of the world’s largest real estate companies. He was responsible for supporting the strategic growth plans of the firm and managed the international operations division in Canada, U.S., Brazil, and China. He has extensive global experience creating structures, hiring and managing talent in over 10 countries.
